Aryna Sabalenka

Sabalenka who was born in Minsk (the capital city of Belarus), is the child of Sergey. The father of her Sergey (d. 2019) was an athlete in ice hockey. Aryna Sabalenka hails from Belarus and was born on 5th May 1998. Aryna Sabalenka holds 12 WTA Singles titles. One of which was named "Grand Slam" in the Australian Open 2023. Doubles is her forte and she has also won Majors at the US Open (2019) and Australian Open (2021), both of which were in partnership with Elisemertens. She also achieved her Sunshine Double in 2019, by winning her the WTA 1000 at Indian Wells, Miami and the Australian Open alongside Elise Mertens. Only four couples were able to accomplish this feat on women's doubles. There were only four couples that achieved this feat in women's doubles. She climbed into the top spot of the rankings for doubles the next year after taking the title at Melbourne. It made her the only Belarusian tennis player to achieve success in the field. Dmitry Tursunov coached her between 2018 and the end of 2019 as well as a portion of the early 2020. Dieter Kindlmann and her were in a brief relationship from August to September 2020. Antonio Dubrov, her fellow countryman, has coached her from the year 2020. Serena Williams, and Maria Sharapova are her idols.
